What to Expect
The process will be the same as last year -relaxed yet efficient—you’ll be in and out quickly.
- Please arrive a few minutes before your team’s session time.
- Upon arrival, Managers collect team envelopes containing player ID cards. Distribute these to your players and have them hand the cards to me as they are photographed.
- Players will be guided through multiple individual poses. Team photos are composited digitally afterward, so no physical team photo will be taken.
- Once a player has been photographed, they are free to leave.
- Coaches are encouraged to have their photos taken so they can be included in the team photo.
Please arrive with your players fully dressed. If that’s not possible, please ensure they have enough time to get dressed before your scheduled slot.
Wardrobe Options
Please wear your black (away) uniforms. Timbits teams are the exception and should wear the uniforms provided.
You may choose one of the following styles for your team:
- Fully dressed in uniform with gloves and sticks
- Dress clothes with jerseys worn over top, paired with gloves and sticks—similar to draft day portraits. This stylish and professional look is a hit with grandparents!
Please do not wear neck guards or skates. Players’ feet will be hidden in the final images.
Photo Viewing and Purchases
There is no prepay option. Families will receive individual online galleries featuring all of their player’s poses. They can view and purchase prints or digital files during a 10-day order window; the deadline for orders will be shared with parents later.
Photo prints will be delivered to NMHA for team distribution in the new year.
