67s Jamboree Logistics

Arrival Time: 30 minutes prior to your game
Meeting Location: Gate 1
ARRIVAL LOCATION AND TIME
Team members may enter TD Place at Gate 1 and meet outside SECTION 12 30 minutes prior to their ice time.
Access Gate 1 via Frank Clair Way. Once team members have arrived at Gate 1 and enter the building, they will
turn right and head down the stairs towards the registration table. An OSEG representative will be waiting to greet
and organize your team.
LOGISTICS
After arrival at SECTION 12, your team will be escorted down the locker room. All Players and 5 Coaches/Trainers,
and 1 parent per player are permitted access to the ice level and the locker rooms. After the conclusion of the ice
experience, players and coaches will be escorted back to SECTION 12 and rejoin the families! All parents will be
asked to sit on the low side of the arena (general admission).
CONCESSIONS
Please note that TD Place will not have any concessions open for the duration of the tournament. There are
restaurants around the facility and bank street that your teams can access. We do have vending machines on site
that serve snacks, Gatorade, water, and pop.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Parking is limited at TD Place and Lansdowne. Below outlines parking/transportation during Ottawa 67s game
days, for all information visit http://ottawa67s.com/transportation
- PARKING: Parking is available at a first come first serve access. Parking is located underground at TD Place
and can be accessed via the Bank Street and QEW Entrances to Lansdowne. Persons parking at TD Place
will be required to pay the hourly fee during their stay. It is suggested that you bring you parking pass
with you as you enter the facility and make the payment for your parking stay before returning to your
vehicle at one of the pay booths in the garage. If you do not do this you are also able to pay via credit card
at the gate.
