  • About
Final preparations are underway for the second weekend of the Coco Lemay Tournament!

We are very excited about the quality of all four divisions and believe this will result in all four divisions being heavily contested. Wanted to provide a number of "little details" so you're well prepared for your weekend in our township.

All schedules, standings and information can be found here. There is also a link to the tournament app in the top portion of the website.

One of the benefits of being a 'community run tournament' is we deal with things on a personal level. If you have any questions or concerns, don't be shy and come and find me or if in Clarence Creek, Mike Lecompte (or designates). At the core, we use HEO rules/guidelines to determine our decisions. There are a few exceptions that you should be aware of and these can be found within the rules portion of the website. It's the team's responsibility to understand the rules and format of the tournament. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Tournament Offices: For the Clarence-Rockland Arena, I will be located within Pad 1 in the press box above the visitors bench and close to the entrance by the canteen. For the Clarence Creek Arena, Mike will be found in the booth located above the entrance to Dressing Rooms 2, 4 & 6. Please have a team designate (Head Coach or Manager) complete game sheets here 30 minutes prior to the start of your game and you will also pick up your copy of game sheets from here 10 minutes after your game. You are all more than welcome to come have a conversation with us if you see something that needs to be talked about.

Community Support: We would like to thank Broadway Restaurant (Player of the Game on Friday & Saturday), Larabie Distribution (Player of the Game on Sunday), AmplifyIT (banners & medals), Sharpsk8s (Pro Shop in Clarence-Rockland Arena), Flaming Flamingo (Canteen in Clarence Creek), Boston Pizza (team pizza giveaway) and the Rockland Nationals (portion of the 50/50 to the Crush Association on Friday's game).

Games SHOULD be on time but we will begin games up to 15 minutes prior. We will not start the first games of the day early.

Home teams wear light and Away teams wear dark jerseys.

Teams are permitted to have a penalty box attendant BUT this person is not to be within the timekeepers space.

All three pads being used have LiveBarn cameras active if family members were unable to attend live!

If a player from your team receives a Game Misconduct (or removed from a game), they will not be permitted to play until we see/receive the TTM or suspension notice from HEO / B League or governing body. Any fighting infraction will be subject to removal from the tournament regardless of TTM notice as per the rules. Please note, we may use LiveBarn footage in decision making scenarios BUT NOT to overturn judgement calls made on the ice by officials.

Playoff schedules are posted BUT you need to move to the 'bracket' portion of the schedule. Do note that these game times are subject to change depending on seeding. Things will be updated online within minutes of completed games (basically as soon as I get the game sheets) so please keep an eye on those and anticipate your possible start times.

The Arena's Pro Shop will be open during the weekend BUT will not be open until 4:00 on Friday.

Both Arena's Canteen's will be open. For Clarence-Rockland Arena I'm not 100% sure on times during Friday day but Clarence Creek will be open with breakfast options starting both mornings. Clarence-Rockland Arena is licensed.

Lastly, the CCHL will be playing a game on Friday evening during the tournament between the hometown Rockland National's (3rd in Canada) and the historic Carleton Place Canadians. If any members of your team are interested, the Nat's are offering a pre purchase price of $10/adult, $5/siblings and FREE to any players wearing their team jerseys. If your team is interested in purchasing, please reach out to Luc Lavictoire ([email protected]) with one total for your team.
