FAQs

Yes. Players must be registered for the 2025/2026 season to be eligible for conditioning camps or tryouts. Any person not registered for the season would therefore have their conditioning camp registration canceled and be subject to the NMHA’s refund policy.
All U10-U16 competitive B hopefuls should register in Spordle and choose the "Competitive Tryout Fee - Players born in 2010 - 2018" add-on to participate in Competitive B tryouts.
Please note that divisions appear in Spordle in two-year cohorts. Look for your child’s year of birth.
The NMHA’s house league program offers divisions for U7 (Initiation or “Timbits”) through to U21. Each division is tiered into two or three levels, to allow for players of similar skill calibre to be placed together. This allows the players to learn and progress as a group in a fun and developmentally appropriate environment.
Yes. The fee you would have paid in Spring was a tryout fee. Now, you are being asked to register for the season and pay the season fee. Any team members who do not register for the season will not be eligible to play in the Fall.
Players interested in trying out for U18 Competitive Hockey will need to register for the season and choose the "Competitive Tryout Fee - Players born in 2008 - 2009" item as an add-on when registering. For those trying out for AAA or Junior teams, please choose the $0 season registration option to secure your spot for the season. In late September, U18 Tryouts will be held for both the AA and B Competitive teams. Players that are released from the competitive program will be assessed through the House League sort out process and placed on a team.
