The Nepean Minor Hockey Association (NMHA) is now accepting applications for Competitive Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2026–2027 hockey season.
We are seeking passionate, skilled, and committed leaders who are dedicated to athlete development, strong communication, and creating a positive high‑performance environment. Coaches in our competitive program are expected to model NMHA’s values, prioritize player growth, and foster a team culture built on respect, effort, and integrity.
Please note: The final number of teams at each level may vary based on ice allotment and registration numbers.
What We’re Looking For?
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous coaching or playing experience (competitive level preferred)
- Commitment to player development and seasonal planning
- Ability to work within NMHA’s competitive structure and standards policies
- Required coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain before season start)

Selection Process
The coach selection committee will review all applications. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Interviews are expected to take place during the month of March.
